Holiday Monday

Well, even though I had to go into work on Saturday (in support of a remodeling job at our Berkeley branch) I got a lot of writing done. On my space opera epic Einstein's War, I'm at the crucial "commit to action" point where the aliens attack. This will be a long chapter, told from three points of view - alien, human in space, and human on the ground. It could be interesting.

In other writing news, my mystery novel with no working title is off the ground, with a prologue and two chapters done. So, placed here to avoid breaking my Facebook feed, are my new word counts.
