Interesting mix

I was just walking out from the Outback on Roosevelt in Villa Park and saw something interesting in the parking lot. Right next to my car is a red Camero. It's got custom "affinity" plates proclaiming that the owner is a master Mason, with the Masonic Lodge symbols on the plates. There are also two sets of handcuffs visible in the car, one locked to the mirror, and one locked to the emergency brake handle.

Is there a story there?
