State of the Union

Much like John Scalzi, I did not watch the State of the Union address last night. John's post had a link to the transcript, which I read this morning. I agree with Scalzi - sounds reasonable, but I doubt Bush can implement it.

Instead of watching the speech, I read (and devoured and enjoyed) Jack Campbell's latest book The Lost Fleet: Fearless. I really liked it, and will have a more formal review up by the weekend.
