A Break From Politics

I've been in a couple of political arguments online lately, several with people that I don't think are, let's just say, interested in the alternative viewpoints. Said debates are aggravating me and not productive.

Therefore, I am swearing off political debates for the remainder of the month of June. This self-imposed time out is for both politics conducted on this site and in responses on other people's blogs. As an added incentive to myself, should anybody find a post by me of a political nature dated after this one, please comment here and I will donate $10 to the charity of your choice. I further pledge that if I slip, I'll post about the slip and make a donation to Reading Is Fundamental.
