The End of A Perfect Week
Aug. 15th, 2008 09:04 amI'm not having the best day today. A friend died yesterday (apparently a heart attack), and I came into work early to find water coming down from the ceiling (plumbing malfunction) and web site issues (3rd party fubar). The fun promises to continue Monday.
At any rate, here's a few interesting tidbits on a lighter note. First, Toby Buckell's new book Sly Mongoose
is due out on Tuesday. Since he's not quite up to J. K. Rowling's level of fame, you'll probably see the book out this weekend. My official review is here, but trust me, you want this book.
Via John Scalzi, I give you the world's worst way to learn about the other woman, or, the dumbest cheater in town. The site this is taken from, The Customer Is Not Always Right, is a very entertaining time-sink.
