Intellectual Failure

So, about a month back, Republican Governor of Louisiana Bobby Jindal told the American public that "spending $140 million for something called volcano monitoring" was just plain silly. Remember that?

Well, Alaska's Mount Redoubt volcano erupted last night. You know, Sarah "You Betcha drill baby drill" Palin's Alaska. Some of that $140 million in stimulus money was aimed at Mount Redoubt.

Republicans wonder why the American public isn't listening to them.
