First Post of 2010
Jan. 4th, 2010 09:55 amI'm alive, and had a good time at my New Year's Eve celebrations. I was going to post my 2010 resolutions, but since they are the same as my 2009 resolutions I'll skip that. Speaking of New Year's resolutions, I concur with Cherie Priest's idea, which is that:
1) There is a limit to that which I have control over
2) All I can do is keep working towards my goals, understanding that obtaining them may be out of my control
In other news, I am back at work after a week off. Yesterday in particular I found myself actually, if not missing work, but appreciating the idea of returning. I think that's the sign of a good vacation, actually - you are refreshed and ready to get back in the saddle.
Having nothing further to say, profound or otherwise, I'll wrap up this post.
