Fast Acting Response Team, AKA, FART Away!

I got a call last night at around 10:00 PM. A water line in the attic of one of my locations ruptured, and spewed water everywhere. Guess where I've been all day? Yep, cleaning up - or mostly supervising the pros I called to help clean up.
