So, my new novel Pirates of Mars comes out in November. My editor says he needs to get blurbs by September 1 to make it onto (or is it "in?") the book. Based on that, I've asked several authors if they would provide something. For those that said yes, thank you. For those that said no, I completely understand - there are only so many hours in a day and paying work comes first.

At any rate, I have decided to make an open call for blurbs. The criteria are simple:

1) You must be able to get me something by September 1
2) You must have some market "pull" or credibility to a US audience. (I don't think the book will get much distribution if at all in non-US markets.)

I would prefer to send you an electronic copy of the synopsis and uncorrected proof, but I can provide hard copies on request. If you're interested, please post below (anonymously if desired). Thank you in advance.

About the book:

Pirates of Mars is a realistic science fiction novel set on Mars in the year 2074. Various human colonies have been established, many with little or no oversight from Earth governments. Into this vacuum, pirate operations have sprung up. Two women, Janet and Rachel, find themselves on opposite sides of this divide, while an Earth-based organization schemes to conquer Mars for its own purposes.
