February 9 through 12 I will be attending Capricon in Wheeling, Il. Here's my schedule:

The Walking Dead - Thursday, 02-09-2012 - 6:30 pm to 8:00 pm - Birch A
The Walking Dead comic and AMC's television series based on it bring us the zombie apocalypse. Panelists will compare and contrast the portrayal of the zombie apocalypse in both mediums, and their plans for surviving it. (Bring a shovel).

For the first time since the 1980s, the United States has no manned space craft in service. We look back at the glories and tragedies of NASA's shuttle program, and look ahead to the future. Will there one day be an American replacement for the space shuttle or will we remain dependent on other nations? Is the future of manned space exploration in the hands of private enterprise?
