Brass Bra Alert, Day Two
Jan. 7th, 2014 10:28 amThe cold weather continues in Chicago. Alas, all the wimps who stayed home yesterday decided to clog up the roads today, resulting in my commute taking longer today than it did yesterday. Yippie Kay Aye.

Again, since it was too cold for man or beast, as well as the amount of money I dropped on New Year's Eve, I spent the weekend inside. Thanks to the magic of pay-per-view, I enjoyed several movies. First up the new movie You're Next. It 's a low-budget indie slasher flick, and the big gimmick was that one of the "victims," Sharni Vinson, decided she really didn't want to die. Quite a lot of action and some interesting twists.
Next up was the SF movie Species. I have to admit, my prime reason for renting it was Natasha Henstridge. It proved a well-spent $2.99.
On Sunday, I decided to watch Despicable Me 2, it having finally come down in price to a reasonable pay-per-view cost. Although aimed at kids, the movie had a lot of humor for adults and was really a fun romp.
