Trivia and Travel

Last night I attended my standing Wednesday team trivia competition, held at Shanahan's Pub in Woodridge. The owner, a fellow Rotarian, was there, and he's planning a 12-day trip to Ireland in October. So, he was very interested in my Irish experiences.

Also interested in my experiences were a crowd of people at work. They were all SF fans, although not "of fandom" (in other words, they watch / read SF and fantasy but don't go to cons). They found my stories of Worldcon and pictures very interesting.
