The history of my current house
Apr. 7th, 2022 02:40 pmAs a result of joining the board of my townhouse association, I recently learned several things about my unit.
1) I had assumed it was built in 1995. That was when it was sold - it was built in 1990 and used by the developer as a sales office for the development.
2) As part of selling the unit to it's final owner, they put in a new air conditioning unit (which I replaced last year when it died).
3) My unit was originally a two-bedroom unit with an upstairs family room that was open to the floor below. The people I bought the unit from closed that family room off to make a third bedroom.
