Here's a weekend update, Good, Bad, and Uncomfortable. (Apologies to the movie.)
Good
I'm down in Westville which is celebrating their 150th anniversary. I've shot skeet, hit the library's book sale, and visited Sleepy Creek Vineyards. Also, the oppressive heat has broken, becoming now just normally-hot.
Bad
My dad fell on Thursday and broke his shoulder on Thursday.
Uncomfortable
My dad, obviously. They sent him home the same night with a cast. He's been successfully managing his pain with OTC pain pills, but with the cast he's been much-less-mobile than normal. Fortunately, I've been around to help (and was planning to be around) so we're managing.
