The perils of flying while black and the idiocy of our current air travel "security."

I do not see, from his story, just why he assumes that this happened to him because he was black. I would also point out that this is hardly the sort of "profiling," racial or otherwise, which would be likely to catch terrorists, since the narrator was a Black American, and Arabs aren't black at all.

I don't think anybody would support this as effective profiling.

It would be remiss of me not to point out to you, of all people, that the last two terrorists to try and blow up planes in mid-air were, in fact, black. One of British African origin. The other Nigerian.
