Syria and Editing

It's been pretty obvious to me that Obama was never really thrilled with the idea of bombing Syria. If he was, he'd just do what he did in Libya, which was tell Congress that the bombs are dropping. So, assuming that the deal where Russia (or somebody) takes Syria's chemical weapons actually happens, Obama would be (justifiably) happy. There's many a slip 'twixt cup and lip, obviously, but right now it's looking like Obama will get lucky. Sometimes it's better to be lucky than good.
Editing
I have started the process of editing Draft Zero of the (now fully-operational) WIP Pamela's Ghosts. Much like Pirates of Mars needed more pirate, Pamela's Ghost needs more ghosts (aliens). Since I didn't attend the Typewriter Spasm School of Alien Names (you know, Da'for'shze, son of Da'fix'shze) all my aliens need to have a human-readable nickname.
