Try, Try Again

I send my short story Flare into Talebones Magazine, where it just got rejected. The words "didn't win me over" and "please try again" were underlined in the rejection letter.

The letter also told me that the submission address had changed, as had the editorial staff. Bad on me - I just called up the old cover letter from my previous submission and put in a new title and date. Note to self - check the damn web site first.

So, Flare is off to Strange Horizons, selected chiefly because I can submit there online.
