I am back in town, having had a very enjoyable weekend in Wisconsin. It was a typical Monday at work, which is to say hectic but nothing out of the ordinary.
In other news, I finished the latest "Jack Campbell" (John Hemry) book, The Lost Fleet: Relentless
. It was an interesting read, with less battles then the previous books. Fortunately, Hemry's finally got the meta-plot moving, and the titular Fleet is now in friendly space. Based on what Hemry's setting up, the next book in sequence looks to be more political intrigue than space battles.
I'm actually not attending my Rotary meeting tomorrow, but that's because the afternoon is shot with meetings at work, so posting will continue to be light.
