Sleepless In Springfield
Mar. 24th, 2007 06:09 amI'm down in Springfield, IL for Rotary training, and as you can guess from the title I can't sleep.
Actually, that's not entirely true. I got a decent night's worth last night, and until 4:30 AM today I was fine. Then I just woke up, and eventually decided to get up. Factoring into my decision was that meetings start at oh-seven-thirty.
This sleeplessness is a hotel thing. Used to be I couldn't get to sleep in a hotel until way late. Now, I can start sleeping, I just don't always stay asleep. Oh well, I'll be back in Chicago tonight (Saturday).
