Crunch Time
Mar. 30th, 2010 09:42 amMy Rotary club has one and only one annual fundraiser. It's an auction, held this year on Saturday, April 10, AKA "a week from Saturday." I'm in charge of the event.
So now I'm dealing with all the crunch-time issues of putting this thing on. Do we have enough volunteers? How are we doing on getting people to come and stuff to auction off? These are critical things to our success or failure, but things that are largely out of my hands. It's a stressful time.
