The Eff Bee Eye

Around noon today, I drove by my house. There's a little four-store strip mall about three blocks away, and as I passed it I noticed a bunch of cars parked askew in the (normally fairly empty) parking lot.

I also noticed a bunch of people milling about. At least three of them were wearing FBI-issue bulletproof vests.

I wonder what happened?
