Over the same period, tank divisions have been slashed from 46 to five, artillery divisions from 19 to five, motorized rifle divisions from 142 to 19, and so it goes across the ranks. Whats worse is that most Russian soldiers are conscripts on one-year terms and they all enlisted last April! So their enlistments expire this month and a new class of recruits will show up.
