Date: 2015-04-29 03:42 pm (UTC)I had occasion last year to buy a chainsaw where I work(ed). I had it in my hands when I encountered the store assistant manager.
Immediately I gave her the Jim Jones fish-eye stare. “I-like-my-job,” I droned, standing there holding a chainsaw. “I-have-no-complaints…”
“Well, all righty then!” she said, grinning. I've had occasion to crack her up before.
