My icemaker bit me!

Last night, I was in the kitchen making a drink after dinner. I have a through-the-door ice maker on my refrigerator, which occasionally dumps an ice cube or 3 on the floor. It did so, and I didn't see it.

Then I stepped on said cube with my bare foot. It was surprisingly painful. It wasn't until I got back to my chair that I realized I was bleeding! (Not a lot, mind you, more ooze, but blood nonetheless.)

There's a first time for everything, I guess.
